How These Numbers Work
Capital Budget
The total approved renovation budget for the asset. The scope line says what it covers. Click the tile for contingency and the full breakdown.
Current Contract Amount
Original contracted amounts plus change orders that have been paid.
Actual
What is contracted for a line item, plus any change orders and other expenses charged to that line. Trades with no contract show as Not awarded.
Invoiced / Paid to Date
Invoiced is what contractors have billed. Paid is the part of that already paid.
Est. Cost to Complete
Contract amount not yet invoiced, plus trades not yet contracted (their bid if we have one, otherwise their budget). Change orders count only once approved.
Projected Remaining Budget
Capital Budget minus Projected Budget. Projected Budget is total committed plus future projected cost, the same calculation as Projected Remaining in Project Finance. Negative means over budget.
Interior Progress
Units complete divided by the units planned for renovation (not total units).
Exterior Progress
Average percent complete across all buildings.
